Maximum flexibility thanks to modular construction

Plansecure Homes can be designed using an innovative modular system, creating a secure living space that adapts flexibly to your individual needs. The modular components from our manufacturing partner Sälzer enable us to build safe houses in variable sizes, with different roof styles and individually selectable facades. The modules integrate seamlessly into any environment – whether freestanding or as a custom-fit extension.

Square Modules

With just over 13 square meters of living space, the SQ_62 module is the smallest module for a Plansecure Home. This and all other modules can be combined lengthwise if desired. The SQ_124 module corresponds to the footprint of two SQ_62 modules.

The QB_62 module features a square floor plan. It can stand alone or be combined with another QB_62 module or a square module.

Flexible Modules

The FX_62 module is what makes Plansecure Homes even more flexible. It can be combined with conventional construction to become the integrated high-security area of a larger complex – here shown with an open, covered section.

Flat Roof

The modern flat roof gives Plansecure Homes a minimalist, clean appearance – ideal for Bauhaus-inspired designs. It also provides additional usable space, for example for a rooftop terrace, solar panels, or a green roof.

Gable Roof

The gable roof, also known as a pitched roof, is the classic roof style and exudes timeless elegance. Its sloped surfaces offer optimal weather protection as well as storage space above the safe room. The sloping roof surfaces provide optimum weather protection and storage space above the security room.

Shed Roof

Shed roofs are a symbol of modern, functional design. They are ideal for installing solar panels and make rainwater collection simple, requiring gutters on only one side.

Metal Facades

Aluminum or steel cladding gives your Plansecure Home a sleek, modern look with an urban character. The minimalist surfaces are sophisticated and particularly low-maintenance. Behind this elegance lies an advanced security system: specially developed profiles provide maximum protection while maintaining the slimmest possible frame construction and the largest possible glass areas.

Wood Facades

Wood cladding creates a warm, inviting atmosphere and blends harmoniously into natural surroundings. Each surface is unique, with its own grain and vibrant character. Behind this natural look, however, lies a highly secure construction that provides uncompromising protection. In this way, authenticity and comfort are combined with the resilience of a safe house.

Glass Facades

Glass cladding gives your Plansecure Home a striking exterior. Whether tinted or mirrored, glass facades look ultra-chic. Choosing windows in the same tone creates a harmonious overall appearance. The cladding is mounted on a high-security steel structure that reliably protects against attacks with tools and firearms.

Fiber Cement Facades

A facade made of fiber cement elements offers extensive design flexibility. Cut to any size and shape, perforated, milled, or printed, it allows for a highly individual appearance. A wide range of surface textures is also available – from fully colored, sanded, and profiled to opaque coated finishes. This makes your Plansecure Home an even stronger expression of your personal style.
